“This is to inform the general public that the online application for Direct Short Service Commision Course 28/2024 has commenced. All applications MUST be submitted online not later than 23rd February 2024. The application form is online and FREE for all interested and qualified candidates.” This announcement was made via the Nigerian Army official X page (X.com/@HQNigerianArmy).
Method of Nigerian Army DSSC 28/2024 Recruitment Application
DSSC Course 28/2024 exercise is open to both civilians and serving military personnel to apply online. Please note that only serving military personnel sponsored to civil institutions by any of the Services of the Nigerian Armed Forces shall be considered.

Conditions for DSSC Course 28/2024 Selection
- Applicants MUST print out their online generated photo-slip on completion of their application. The first page is to be signed by the Registrar of any Court of Law while the second page is to be signed by the applicant’s Local Government Chairman/Secretary or any military officer of the rank of Lieutenant Colonel or equivalent and above who comes from the applicant’s state of origin.
- Successful applicants would be required to take a written examination at assigned examination centers.
- Successful applicants would present their printed application forms (photo-slips, guarantors form, attestation form etc) to the Selection Board during interview.
