Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) 2025 Registration Form

CDCFIB has officially opened online registration for Nigeria Immigration Service Recruitment Exercise for interested individuals. The application period runs from July 14, 2025 to August 11, 2025 and the form is completely FREE for all eligible applicants. This update was announced on the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire, and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) official website (cdcfib.gob.ng).

Qualifications needed for Nigeria Immigration Service Recruitment

  • Corps Superintendent Cadre: BSc, HND or equivalent
  • Corps Inspector Cadre: OND, NCE or equivalent
  • Corps Assistant Cadre: O’Level, Trade Test Certificate or Federal Ministry of Labour and Productivity approved proficiency certificates

Basic Requirements for Nigeria Immigration Service Recruitment

To be recruited into the Nigeria Immigration Service, applicants must meet these essential requirements:

    • Nigerian citizen by birth, possess a National Identity Number (NIN) and Bank Verification Number (BVN).
    • Must be medically, physically, and psychologically fit.
    • Hold at least four passes (including English Language and Mathematics) in WASSCE and NECO obtained in no more than two sittings.
    • Be aged 18–35 years
    • Applicants must not be less than 1.65 metres and 1.60 metres tall for men and women respectively.
    • Applicants must be free from any financial embarrassment and not convicted of any criminal offence.
    • Applicants must not be member of any secret society, cult or drug addict.

Application is online and the CDCFIB portal is currently open. Prospective applicants are required to complete the online registration forms and submit same within the specified period.
